Call To Order
The Chairman called to order a meeting of the Holland Finance Board at 7:30 PM on July 9, 2014 at the Holland Town Hall.
Finance Board members present: Andrew Harhay, Ernest Fancy and John Phelps.
Approval of Minutes
The draft minutes of the May 21, 2014 had been previously distributed for review. The minutes were unanimously, approved as written.
Transfers: The members reviewed the Town Accountant’s recommendation of June 30, 2014 for end-of-year transfers subject to the requirements of MGL Part I, Title VII, Chapter 44, Section 33B. The transfers in the amount of $20,045 were unanimously approved by the Finance Board.
AFTC Dues: The Board voted unanimously to renew membership in the Association of Town Finance Committees for FY15; the dues remain level at $129 for Holland.
