Who should I report a pothole to?

Contact the Highway Department at 413-245-3276 Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Or click on the link for reporting a pothole on the Highway Department Main Page.
It will be put on a list and repaired as quickly as possible.

Who should I report a street sign missing to?

Contact the Highway Department at 413-245-3276 Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

It will be put on a list and replaced as soon as possible.

The catch basin (storm drain) near my home is clogged. What should I do?

If the basin is clogged due to leaves, etc., on top of it, clear it away. If it appears that the catch basin is clogged inside, contact the Highway Department office at 413-245-3276 and let them know where the catch basin is located.

Please be advised that the Town of Holland has over 275 catch basins and it is helpful if the residents keep the tops of the catch basins in front of their properties clean from leaves and debris.

Is sand available for town residents?

Yes, we typically screen sand at the end of October and leave a pile adjacent to the salt shed for the use of Holland residents.
