NEW PROPERTY VALUES
The Holland Board of Assessors has completed the triennial update of Real Estate and Personal Property valuations for Fiscal Year 2010. The proposed new values which are subject to final approval by the Department of Revenue, will be available for the public to view at Town Hall.
Values have decreased an average of 9% with some variation in % change between property classes.
New values are based on the sales of property in Holland during 2007 and 2008 calendar years. Taxpayers can review their valuations at the Town Hall from October 7th until October 15th from 9:00 until 12:00 and from 1:00 until 4:00. in the community room at Town Hall 27 Sturbridge Road in Holland.
