The Town of Holland has recently contracted with The Worcester County Sheriff s Department for Reverse 911 Service. This service will be used in case of emergency, disaster, road closures and other situations where public information is vital. Some households no longer have "land lines." For those households, we are setting up this cell phone registry in order to be sure those people who wish to be notified in the event of an emergency are entered into the database.
