Meetings:	The Zoning Board of Appeals generally meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room. Public Hearings are posted in the town clerk's office 3 weeks prior to the hearing.

	About us: The Zoning Board of Appeals is appointed by the Board of Selectmen for three-year terms, each ending in successive years. The Board is responsible for: • Receiving Applications for Special Permits and Variances • Scheduling and conducting Public Hearings • Making determinations on Appeals • Complying with Massachusetts General Laws about Zoning and the Zoning Appeals Process
