Date: September 18, 2006

The meeting commenced at 6:50 PM.  The minutes of August 15, 2006 were read and accepted.

7:00 PM Special Permit/Variance Request

The Board voted unanimously to approve Mr. Gadoury's project. A variance of 14' on the south side of the house was granted. The house will be no closer than 6' from the property line. The house foundation will be no closer than 10' from the pump chamber on the north side of the house.  Voting in favor of the project were Ray Korny, Don Beal, Sarto Caron, and Ron Seaburg.

7:30 PM Special Permit Request

The Board voted to approve the Hudon's plans. Voting in favor of the project were Ray Korny, Don Beal, Sarto Caron, and Ron Seaburg.

8:00 PM Variance/Special Permit Request

Present for the hearing were Lori Romano, Tim Geraghty, Lorraine and William Cromack, Carol
Anderson, Michael and Marie Colavecchio.

The Board unanimously approved the special permit request application for the construction of the
stairwell. Voting for the special permit request were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ray Korny, and Ron Seaburg.  The Board also approved the variance request for the deck. Voting for the variance request were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ray Korny, and Ron Seaburg.

The Board denied the variance request for the shed.  Sarto explained that the shed attached to the house does not meet setback requirements. The Board unanimously denied the variance request for the shed construction. Voting to deny the variance request were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ray Korny, and Ron Seaburg.
