The minutes of April 17, 2007 were read and accepted. Sarto handed out a memo from Jack Keough regarding Lot 1 on Mashapaug Road (Parcel ID#R03-A-01.01). An informal discussion took place regarding the ZBA's options of handling this issue. The assessor will provide a revised list of mailing addresses.

Sonny Boudreau, a builder, represented Ms. Boucher. Mr. Boudreau presented new plans that showed that the South side of the addition would be reduced from 19' to 18'. Therefore, the addition will be 18' X 24'. The maximum height will be 24'. Voting in favor of the project were Ray Korny, Ron Seaburg, and Sarto Caron. Mr. Boudreau asked that the decision be mailed to him at 178 Brimfield Road.
Ray Korny brought up the Romano addition case. He questioned why we are not in the loop of what is being done regarding our decision. Apparently the shed has not been removed. We should be updated on the progress of this case.
