Zoning Minutes 08-21-2007

Meeting Minutes

Date:           August 21, 2007

Present:                Sarto Caron, Chairperson
                Ray Korny, Member
                Don Beal, Scribe
                Todd Mayo, Associate
                Ron Seaburg, Secretary

The minutes of August 7, 2007 were read and accepted with corrections noted. Sarto requested increasing the petitioner fees by $15.00 dollars to cover the increase in charges for legal notices recently imposed by the Republican newspaper. The Board voted in favor of his request. The petitioner fee charge will be $165.00 dollars. The Town Secretary requested that we e-mail legal notices to the Republican. Apparently the Republican has difficulty reading/interpreting our forms. Sarto will give each Board member an e-mail format to follow.

The Board recommends a 3’ indent on the left side (south) of the proposed house addition to ensure compliance with setback requirements. Mr. Flannery will return with detailed drawings.
