The minutes for October 7, 2008 were read and accepted with changes noted.
Sarto: (1) Read and explained correspondence from Ray and Kathy Murawski, 33 Sandy Beach Road sent on August 28, 2008. (2) Recommended Fred Beaulieu for a position on the Board as an Associate member. The Board unanimously approved Fred for this position. (3) Handed out property staking for Richard Righetti.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance
25 Lake Drive
Ms Mapplebeck, Mark Farrel, and Andy Cormier explained changes to Ms Mapplebeck’s proposal and answered all the Board’s questions. Lots 251 and 252 are combined by deed. The proposed height of the addition will not exceed 25 feet.
A site visitation was scheduled for October 25 at 8:30AM.
A continuance was scheduled for November 25 at 7:30PM.

Mr. Buccelli answered all questions from the Board. The maximum height of his addition will be 32 feet. Voting in favor of the proposal were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, Todd Mayo.

Robert Parent 32 Ardmore Street, an abutter, was present. Mr. Righetti explained his proposal to build a 16’ x 24’ garage. A site visitation was scheduled for October 25 at 9AM
A continuance was scheduled for November 25 at 8:00 PM.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM.
