Todd Mayo presided over the meeting. The minutes for February 24, 2009 were read and accepted. It was noted that Dave Buccelli has built a wraparound porch in addition to his second story building project. The ZBA will review the project at our next meeting and will consult with Jack
Keough (building Inspector) regarding the project’s compliance.
Special Permit Continuance

Ed Paquette represented the Murawski’s. Mr. Paquette will have Jalbert Engineering place two iron pin reference points on the front property line. One pin will locate the right front corner of the lot, and the other will establish the twenty five foot setback distance to the proposed addition from the front property line. It was agreed that no part of the addition including the roof overhang and front entrance area will be closer than the 25’ setback requirement.
A continuance was scheduled for March 24, 2009 at 7:30 PM.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
