7:00 PM The minutes for August 25, 2009 were read and accepted.
Sarto talked with Lynn Arnold, Planning Board Chairperson, regarding the construction at 344 Mashapaug Road. She said,” Jack Keough, Building Inspector, gave permission for the project.” He said both lots have been combined and the new lot needs to conform to the previous zoning provisions, not the new regulations. The resulting lot must be at least 5,000 sf with 50 feet of frontage. The lot meets these criteria. Therefore, the owner/builder did not have to appear before the ZBA.
