Minutes for September 14 were read and accepted.
The Board discussed the need of including on the applicants pink sheet, the Federal and State requirement for contractors performing work in MA having a Lead-Safe Removal Certification. Sarto will address this issue with Jack Keough.

Special Permit Continuance
Mr. MacKenzie answered all the questions the Board had regarding the on-site visitation. A question of whether the proposed center chimney might possibly exceed the 35 maximum building height was discussed. Sarto will address this issue with Jack Keough. Voting in favor of the project if the chimney height is in compliance with the proposal were: Sarto Caron, Ralph Martone, Fred Beaulieu, and Ron Seaburg.

Special Permit Request
Mr. Molin explained his project to the Board. Abutter Tony Benedetto was also present and supported the project. Mr. Molin would like to rebuild and enlarge a bedroom and add a deck while keeping within the required setback lines.

A site visitation was scheduled for October 1, at 5:30 PM

A continuance was scheduled for October 12, at 7:30 PM.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 PM.
