Mr. Phelps was advised that the stairs on the rear of the house, (second egress) must conform to the setback requirements. Mr. Phelps will return with new plans at the next meeting.
A continuance was scheduled for September 13 at 7:30 PM.

A ten-inch overhang was allowed. The height of the house will not exceed thirty-feet.
Voting in favor of the application were: Fred Beaulieu, Don Beal, Sarto Caron, and
Ralph Martone. Not voting: Ron Seaburg.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 PM.
