The Board discussed petitioner procedures. Sarto will give amended guidelines to the Town Clerk to pass out to petitioners.

Ronald and Jean Paquette represented Joseph Paquette and explained the project.
The Petitioner wants to relocate the house farther back on his lot and add a 24’ x 24’ two stall garage.
A site visit was scheduled for May 16 at 6:15 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for June 11, at 7:30 PM.

Joe Niemirowski, Mark Farrell, engineer, and Mark LaMontagne, builder, were present.
The petitioner requested information regarding what procedures they will have to follow to continue. Fred explained that he had a discussion with the Town’s Attorney who said that the applicant must move a substantial portion of the present house to the new site and involve those portions in the new house construction.
Fred asked the petitioner to reschedule another hearing to explore ideas that may result in a satisfactory resolution for the petitioner and Town.
A meeting was scheduled for June 11 at 8:30 PM.
