7:00 PM The minutes for June 11 were read and accepted with changes noted.
The Board discussed general business.

Mark Lamontagne, builder, and Gary Naples, abutter, were also present.
The Board discussed the project with the applicant. The Board said that language regarding usage of the present house on the property must be included in the Board’s decision.
After discussion, Ron Seaburg made the following motion: The Board approves the request for construction as presented with the following addition: “The Board expects at least 25 percent of the present house wall space material to be incorporated into the new structure. If upon removal of this material it is observed that part(s) of
the material being removed for reuse are not salvageable, i.e. usable, the applicant or builder will call Fred Beaulieu who will inspect and confirm the damage and make a determination regarding adjusting the Board’s requirements. Fred will then contact the Building Inspector who will also inspect the building and confirm the findings”. The motion was
seconded by Sarto Caron. Board members present voted unanimously in favor of the motion.

Resident Cari Robertson asked question regarding a project she is considering.
8:25 PM Fred requested Board members presence on Thursday, July 17 at 6:15PM to help Don Beal write the Board’s decision for the Niemirowski petition.
8:30 PM The meeting was adjourned.
