The Board revisited the application of Joseph DiGeronomo.The approved house plan had been changed and the house had been moved closer to the North side setback.
After consulting with the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission and the Town’s Attorney
Mark Beglane of Bacon and Wilson Law Firm, Fred explained that the applicant has
(1) The applicant may keep the house where it is now. The Board will
amend its decision and change the report sent to the Registry of Deeds
to read two bedrooms.
(2) The applicant may move the proposed house ten feet to the North. If the applicant makes this choice, Attorney Mark Beglane concludes that the applicant must re-apply to the Town, pay an application fee, and follow the usual application procedures.
The applicant will contact Fred by Tuesday, January 7, 2014 with his decision.
