General business was discussed.
Mark Mitchell, 22 Candlewood Drive, in an unscheduled, informal appearance asked the
Board questions regarding an addition made by a neighbor that in his opinion was
within six inches of his property.

Joseph, Jean, and Emma Paquette represented the applicant. Applicant wants to build
an attached garage with a 20’ x 40’ bedroom above. Also, add a farmers porch in the front of the house, and a full dormer on the main part of the house to include an office, bedroom, and bath.
Voting in favor of the project were: Fred Beaulieu, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, Sarto Caron,
and Tom Kenney.
