The Town of Holland is serviced by two companies for trash removal and recycling:

Beginning July 2011, the Wales Transfer Station is allowing Holland residents to purchase a sticker and bring their trash there. (Previously only recycling was allowed.)
Everyone must have a sticker, even for recycling, which is $75.00 for the year.
The garbage bags must be purchased at the Wales Market or at the transfer station on Hollow Road for $2.00 each.
The hours are Wednesday evening from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9:00 to noon.
