Planning Board Meeting Minutes 10/11/2016

The Holland Planning Board will conduct a regular Planning Board Meeting in the Planning Board Office Town Hall, 27 Sturbridge Road Holland MA at 7:00 pm; concerning the following business.

Meeting Date:  October 11, 2016

Attendance: Dennis Allard, Allen Johnson, Bettina Schmidt, Marianne Martone

Absent: Cynthia Poirier

Mr. Allard called the meeting to order at 6:57 pm.

Review Minutes of: September 27, 2019 Mr. Allard motioned to accept, Mr. Johnson seconded 4-0-0

Correspondences:  Review mail..email..and voice mail  - There was no new voice mails, we had  email regarding Kimble Hill Road, Mr. Allard contacted the author and informed her she needed to talk to the Tax Collector.  There was a memo from ZBA for a Special Permit of 21 Shore Drive.

Old Business:

Met with a representative of 15 Macey Place, for Special Permit. They brought in the requirements for the procedural order but not the signed special permit extension.

They will get that to us tomorrow and 10 copies of the site plan by the end of the week.  The special permit hearing is scheduled for November 22, 2016.

New Business: Looked over “Procedure for Special Permit” it was discussed at last meeting that  it needs to be added to, as well as the special permit form being rewritten and the by-laws for special permit updated to Mass General Law.
