Minutes of the Holland Planning Board Meeting held Tuesday October 25th, 2016

Meeting called to order by Dennis Allard, Chair, at 7:00 P.M.

The Board reviewed the minutes of the October 11, 2016 meeting.

Mr. Allard may a motion to accept the Minutes as amended. Second by Mrs. Martone.

Voted 3-0-1.

Correspondences: The Board noted the mail publication from ESRI.

The Board noted the Minutes of the Conservation commission meeting held 9/13/2016.       

Old Business: The Board tabled the By-laws and procedures for special permit agenda item as Ms. Schmidt was not present. It was noted that the extension for the special permit for Marcy Road is signed.

New Business: The Board noted the ZBA hearing scheduled for 11/22/16 for the property located at 21 Shore Drive.

The Board reviewed and signed one ANR Mylar for the property located at Lee Ave.

The applicant was referred to the Town Clerks office to follow the additional procedural requirement.

Discussion: Mr. Allard will follow up with Ms. Schmidt for the special permit form signed and

distributed on the 14th.  Discussion ensued surround the issue of setting publishing fees, ANR

review and various filing fees. Members will review surround communities fees to get a flavor of

what is customary and compare with our own. 

Having no further business a motion was made by Mrs. Martone to adjourn. Second by

Mr. Allard. Voted 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.

The Board will meet on 11/22/16 for the Public Hearing for the Property on Marcy Place at

 7:00 P.M. Upon conclusion of the Public Hearing the Board will hold a regular meeting.
