Municipal Lien Certificates:
The Collector’s Office will issue a Municipal Lien Certificate containing three years information upon receipt of a written request. The cost for a Municipal Lien Certificate, effective July 1, 2017 is $40.00 per parcel. Your payment and SASE must accompany your request. Please note per Massachusetts General Law this request will be mailed to you within 20 days. Lien Certificates are processed and mailed every Thursday.
The Collector’s Office will prepare duplicate bills for the current tax year upon receipt of a written request. The cost for a duplicate bill is $5.00 per parcel.
Annual Tax Information for IRS tax return:

Calendar year taxes are used for filing income taxes with the IRS. These are easily calculated by adding the checks, or online payments made during the calendar year, January 1st to December 31st. Mortgage companies supply a statement annually showing tax payments made during the calendar year.
If you still need annual tax information Please send a check for $5.00 along with the form for annual tax information. Requests will be processed on Thursday and mailed to the owner at the address of record.

Bounced check fee:
A bounced check fee of $35.00 will be charged for any bounced check.
