Parking Regulations
General By Law c. 9 s. 9.2
The guidelines within the Town of Holland Parking By Laws are designed to be consistent with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) for Streets and Highways of Massachusetts, which conforms as closely as conditions will allow to the standards adopted by the Federal Highway Administrator. Modifications that were deemed necessary to cover local requirements have been made.
It is the responsibility of the Police Department and the departments authorized police employees to enforce the parking regulations of the municipality with reasonableness and impartiality.
