To initiate contact you must fill out the all of the required fields below. For those who wish not to be identified you are not required to provide your name, address or phone number. However, a valid email address is required which may become an official record of any related investigation initiated by this department along with all other information contained in your email.

If you require immediate assistance from an Officer please call our Dispatch Center at 413-245-7222 or dial 911 if it is an emergency. For administrative matters or if you wish to contact a specific member of our department via voicemail you may call 413-245-0117. Please be advised that Officers do not monitor email or voicemail 24/7.
