Holland SENIOR HOUSING PLANNING PROJECT
The Town of Holland invites qualification based responses for planning consulting services to assess the feasibility of developing senior housing in the town. Feasibility will be determined by an identification of the issues, public input survey and meetings, market study, site identification and feasibility, cost analysis and funding recommendations. Funding for this project is provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the FY 2018 Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development’s Block Grant Program.

To request an electronic copy of the RFP, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the due date specified below in digital format. The Town of Holland reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so. The Holland Board of Selectmen will be the awarding and contracting authority.
Completed responses are to be received no later than 3:00 PM, April 24, 2019 at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, 60 Congress Street, 1st Floor, Springfield, MA 01104.
