Holland Planning Board Public Hearing - Zoning Bylaw changes
In accordance with the provision of M.G.L. Ch. 40A, §11, the Holland Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on May 16th at 6:00 PM at Holland Town Hall, 27 Sturbridge Rd. Holland, MA on revisions to the Holland Zoning Bylaws Section VII 7.4.1 Signs; Section 7C Medical/Adult Use Marijuana; Section VII 7.0 General Regulations Pre-Existing Nonconforming Uses and Structures; and Section V 5.0 Dimensional Requirements Table 2. A copy of the Bylaw changes can be inspected on the Town website https://town.holland.ma.us/planning-board or by contacting the Holland Planning Board at planningboard@hollandma.org or (413)245-7108 x117.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this should appear at the time and place designated. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law.
