Town of Wales

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

 

The town of Wales will conduct a performance hearing regarding their ongoing FY 2018 Community Development Block Grant Program.  Future projects under consideration may also be discussed.  The meeting will be held on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. as part of the Wales Board of Selectmen’s meeting at the Wales Town Hall, 3 Hollow Road, Wales, MA 01081.

Currently, Wales is the lead community along with the towns of Holland and Brimfield in a FY 2018 CDBG that is providing for housing rehabilitation, food pantry assistance and for a senior housing planning study for the Town of Holland. 

Any person or organization having questions or comments concerning the CDBG program and ongoing activities will have an opportunity to be heard.  Persons who require special accommodations should contact the Town prior to the hearing date at (413) 245-7571 x100.
