Holland Police Department

The Town of Holland is one of 10 municipalities that is affiliated with the New Braintree Regional Dispatch Center located in New Braintree Massachusetts. Part of C Troop, the Dispatch Center is identified as C8 and is located on the grounds of the Massachusetts State Police Academy.

As a department, we strive to be as self-sufficient as possible and employ our own Criminal Investigations Division, Crime Scene Services Unit, Special Operations Division, and a Lake Patrol Unit, which patrols the Hamilton Reservoir during the summer. Holland is located in Hampden County in Massachusetts and is a part of the Palmer District Court jurisdiction.

Our agency is structured into a series of organizational components that represent functional groupings of employees performing like activities. The organizational structure of the Department provides management with a means for assigning responsibility for the performance of a group of functions to a single supervisor or manager, as well as allowing employees to know to whom they are accountable. The Department structure has been organized to carry out our mission with the available personnel.
