Municipal Lien Certificates:
The Collector’s Office will issue a Municipal Lien Certificate containing three years information upon receipt of a written request. The cost for a Municipal Lien Certificate, effective July 1, 2014 is $35.00 per parcel. Your payment and SASE must accompany your request. Please note per Massachusetts General Law this request will be mailed to you within 20 days.
The Collector’s Office will prepare duplicate bills for the current tax year upon receipt of a written request. The cost for a duplicate bill is $5.00 per parcel.
Delinquent Files, Bank Disk Files, Standard Tax Amount Files, Tax Service Payments:
The Collector’s Office will prepare the above files for a fee of $150.00.
All requests should include the name of the property owner, the address of the property, parcel ID if possible, and the correct tax ID. Check should be made out to the Town of Holland. These should be sent to:

The duplicate bill(s) or Municipal Lien Certificate(s) will be returned to you in the self-addressed prepaid envelope included with your request and payment. All requests for tax information should be made in writing.
Bounced check fee:
A bounced check fee of $35.00 will be charged for any bounced check.
