Called to Order; Mr. Allard called the meeting to order at 7:03
Attendance: Dennis Allard, Bettina Schmidt, Marianne Martone, Cynthia Poirier, Allen Johnson
Mr. Allard read the notice.
There was no discussion, no issues.
Ms. Poirier made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Johnson seconded 5-0-0
